Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak periods or product restocks, processing may take up to 5 business days.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping Times (Estimated)
We work with international suppliers and logistics partners to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
- South Africa: 7–20 business days
- United States & Canada: 7–15 business days
- Europe: 7–18 business days
- Other countries: 10–25 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance and local courier delays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and selected products. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions on selected items.
Order Tracking
